Applying Aquabond 65 using Nordson Equipment

You can apply Aquabond temporary adhesives in a production environment using Nordson equipment.  This clip shows Aquabond 65 melted at 100C and being applied in a puddle on a soda lime substrate. 

The machinability and pot life of Aquabond temporary adhesives is excellent.  You can control how thick the adhesive is applied on a substrate by adjusting air pressure.  The size of the film is controlled by changing heads on the applicator.  you can spray, coat, and bead.  You can coat a 300mm wafer with a single pass by changing out the head on the applicator.
