Temporary Bonding of Silicon Nitride

We suggest using an uncoated dressing board.  You can successfully puddle Aquabond 65 or 85 onto a dressing board without it being pre-coated.  Once you have mounted the silicon nitride on the puddle and it has set at ambient temperature, you are reade to cut. 

The dressing board allows a very rigid bond and keeps the diamond wheel sharp while cutting.  When finished cutting, the parts will debond in hot water and Aquaclean 900 within minutes.
