Aquabond is the only hot water soluble temporary thermoplastic used in precision slicing, dicing & lapping of virtually any material, including Rare Earth Magnets.

Here is an example:

Material: Neodymium-Iron-Boron Wafers.

Temporary Adhesive:  Aquabond 85

Orientation: 4-layer wafer stack 3.4mm total thickness.

Machine: MTI MSS-816 or MTI NSS-612

Diamond Blade: Metal Bond.

Feedrate: 400 mm/min.
