Energy costs are escalating raw material prices dramatically, while chemical supplies are unusually tight.

Raw material prices are historically high and are likely going to continue increasing throughout the year. From May 15, 2008 to July 3, 2008, our raw material prices increased 45%. Although we have been able to absorb a large amount of the cost increases, we have no choice but to pass on a portion of the expenses in order to maintain the high-quality adhesive and cleaning agent products and service that our customers expect. Effective July 7, 2008 we are raising our cleaning agent prices 15 percent.
